• Cutting gun and nozzle are designed with plasma gas passage which realizes to optimize cutting perfermance of the rating current, control air precisely and extend the lifetime of wearing parts.
• The accurate alignment of electrode and nozzle could ensure the cutting precision and quality, extend the useful time, reduce the operation cost,and realize the pefect cutting effect.
• Operation software is designed with pilot arcensuring the integrity of cutting contour.
• Machine can be controlled without computer and only USB connecter can trasmit the data to the plasma cutting msachine.
• Lengthening water jet cooling protection cover of nozzle could cool the nozzle immediately.And at the same time, it cools the metal sheet to avoid the broder transmulation and color changing during cutting.
• It is equipped with Mitsubishi servo motor,and that ensures high positioning precision and improves the cutting quality.
• High precise voltage regulator with a fast response can filter the voltage signal and then protect the cutting head from possible dangers.
